Hi everyone,
I am very new to molecular cooking. After 3-4 years of casually learning to cook I feel like I am ready to learn some molecular techniques to be more creative with my dishes.
I always dreamt of a certain desert to make. I would like to make a certain kind of ‘winter landscape’.
I will simply place it all on a baking tray.
The bottom part will be ‘ground’: chocolate made into a powder using maltodextrine. I will sift some powdered sugar on it so it will look like it has snowed.
But beyond that; I’m out of inspiration.
I am thinking of some edible flowers of course.
Maybe a mountain (made of what, jelly?)
or some christmas trees (thyme/rosemary?)
A river with some bridges running from the mountain?
A cabin?
Do you have ideas what techniques I can use or what ingredients to make this?
Kind regards,
