    Hi all,
Cool site just playing at this stage but I have a question about reverse spherification.

Can you hide something inside a sphere I have an idea liken oyster in a Kilpatrick liquid sphere as part of a dish with say tempura veg looking like coral and a sand and a foam ??

    Cheers.

Glad you like the site! Yes, you can have some solids or oil drops inside the sphere. To have a solid inside, just place a small piece in the spoon with liquid before you drop it in the bath. To have some oil drops inside, just inject the oil into the sphere while it is in the bath using a syringe, remove the needle and wait a few seconds for the hole to close.
