Hi there! I’ve been very happy thus far with the various kits that I have ordered from this site. Living in the deep south of Mississippi, I get a ton of pushback regarding using some modernist techniques…

Just wanted to say thanks for an amazing site. I want my food to be art, and the restaurant I work at is slowly starting to see the merits of using modernist techniques, the compounds, and some of the equipment that I bring. Seeing what others are doing is inspiring!

I am currently working on a deep south staple, Peach Cobbler, and trying to re-imagine it 🙂

I will be ordering some more stuff soon! Need that iSi Whipper! haha
