In a beautiful building listed on the National Register of Historic Places and Landmarks, Chef Sean Brock's menu centers around inventive cuisine fresh from the farm and local purveyors. Chef Brock sources most of the produce from his own farm and at the same time applies hydrocolloids and modernist techniques to his dishes. Mc Crady's also offers incredible cocktails, a Wine Spectator award-winning list and a bar snack menu.
